Our mission is to provide the very best customer service to our clients throughout the transaction and for years after. Our team specializes in new home construction sales, representing buyers purchasing new homes from builders. A large part of our business has been helping service men, women, and their families relocating to Fort Meade. We are also resale specialists in Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Carroll, and Montgomery Counties. We use the latest in internet and photo technologies to showcase homes we list, where consumers look the most. We provide seminars to new buyers, helping educate them in the home-buying process.

Joining the team in 2005, and leading it since early 2013 Todd is a full time buying and listing agent with the Moyer Team.  Bringing his background in education to play in his Real Estate practice, Todd works with buyers and sellers to help them learn about the market and what to expect through the process.  Through careful instruction and patience, it is his goal with each client to make sure they understand their options at every stage of the process and to help guide them to make the right decisions for their needs. In addition to working with clients and running the team, Todd runs The Moyer Team's Home Buyer's Seminars and works to maintain and manage the information for the Howard County New Home Dream Showroom.   


Len Moyer: Marketing and Listing Coordinator

After his "retirement" as a Realtor at the end of 2012, Len has turned his vast knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate Industry towards helping the team behind the scenes as the team's Marketing and Listing Coordinator.  His new role has him responsible for advertising all of the team's listings, and assisting in photographic and video marketing. 
Len entered real estate in 1997.  He was Team Leader of The Moyer Team from 2000-2012 and was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2007.  He worked as a By Referral Only Consultant since 1998.  Prior to his career in real estate, Len was a teacher in Montgomery County for 29 years, teaching at Montgomery Village Junior High and Springbrook High School.



Sue Moyer: Client Care Coordinator and Accredited Staging Professional.
Since 1998, Sue Moyer has served The Moyer Team as Client Care Coordinator.  In addition to taking care of The Moyer Team clients, in June, 2008, Sue also became an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) through Staged Homes and retains a membership in the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).  To her credit as a staging professional, one of Sue’s staged homes has been featured on the HGTV show “Get It Sold” as the “good” competition for a home that needed staging in order to sell.  The Moyer Team listing was “Gold Certified” and sold within one week.
