We begin with each new home building client by learning what you are looking for in a new home. Once we have learned your price point, the locations you are looking at, whether you want a large community or a private lot, and what types of features you want in the home we will use our extensive experience in working with builders around the area to find the best matches for your needs and direct you to those builders. The Moyer Team also works with Tenant and Landlord clients to assist in their real estate needs. Our tenant clients get all the same service that can be expected by our buyer clients, assisting them in finding a home, getting an application placed, and getting a lease written so they are able to move into their new home at the time when they need it.
Our Landlord clients receive a slightly revised marketing plan from our seller clients, mostly to add some websites that work better for rentals and remove those that are not as productive on the rental side. We list your home extensively online, we schedule showings on your home, we work to receive applications, assist in reviewing applications and choosing a qualified applicant, and finally help get the lease written on our landlord's behalf.
